Home values have increased in each of the last 4 weeks in Las Vegas and appear that they will keep climbing as the number of homes available for sale drops each week. The sold proce per square foot is $253 which is the highest it has been in 8 months in Las Vegas.
Because inventory is still falling it is likely that home prices will continue to rise.
