There are many Housing Crash videos on YouTube. The biggest reason is because the search term for “Housing Crash” is about 50 times higher than for “housing market update”. This means that the crash bros are making videos that will likely get 50X more views than reasonable real estate videos.
Oana and I have decided to not buy into the fake housing crash just to get more video views. Instead we are just going to make actual videos about actual real estate issues and not fake real estate bubble videos or pretend the housing market will actually crash.
