Todd and Oana talk about why luxury homes are selling so quickly in Las Vegas. There are a number of reasons luxury homes in Las Vegas are flying off the market. One of them is that people from wealthy states like California have come to Vegas with a lot of money and they are selling smaller homes in coastal California and buying mansions in Las Vegas. Another reason is that people desire a luxury lifestyle and luxury homes are relatively inexpensive in Las Vegas compared to most other west coast cities.

Todd and Oana are successful agents and have sold both luxury and regular homes in Las Vegas as real estate Brokers. The luxury real estate market in Las Vegas includes gated neighborhood as well as guard gated homes. Very few luxury homes are not in gated neighborhoods in Las Vegas. The newer high-end homes are on the outskirts of town both in Henderson and Las Vegas as well as Summerlin. The Ridges and Askaya are two of the most popular places home buyers are buying luxury homes.
