According to Fortune these are the top 10 more overpriced cities in the US. This list is based on data from Zillow using their home value index and analysis from Fortune. We clearly do not agree with this but wanted to point out that there is a lot of fake analysis going on that is only either looking superficially at what’s going on in the housing market, or wrongly analyzing data.
Clearly there is no such thing as an overpriced city, since market forces of supple and demand determine price. We are posting this video to show how ridiculous reputable online news sources like Fortune can even be wrong.
