While there are no signs that a crash will occur right now, it certainly could happen.
The housing market in the US has seen appreciation that we haven’t seen in the past. The last time homes appreciated this fast home values declined and the market crashed leading to a recession in the US. It is unlikely that this will happen again but the real estate market could certainly cool off.
