Las Vegas real estate agent Todd Miller talks about if there is actually a housing bubble and if that will lead to a crash in the real estate market. The housing market is hot right now and home values have skyrocketed in the last year creating what many people think is a bubble. Many people have predicted that the real estate market could crash because of this but data shows that home prices are strong and that they will continue to rise.
I also predicted last year that there was not going to be a housing market crash because of a real estate price bubble and stick with that estimate.
