One of the biggest advantages is being able to buy/sell their flips and make more money in an investment home. The biggest disadvantage of being a licensed real estate agent as an investor is that you have a lot more legal responsibility to the other party in the transaction, and you might find yourself in front of the real estate commission explaining why you were able to buy a home so cheaply from a seller while you are supposed to be “fair to all parties”.
