This is a bank owned home in Henderson and this is the first day that we got the assignment.  Fortunately it had been listed and there was a lockbox on the house so I could get in.

Foreclosures have hit all parts of the Las Vegas real estate market including places like high-rises building like Trump, Panorama, Turnberry, and MGM’s condo-hotel.  This home is in better condition than most of the REO properties that we normally get assigned from the banks.
