This home was targeted by a local scammer who was trying to say they were living there and collect the cash for keys the bank offers on tenant occupied properties. Unfortunately, they didn’t realize that it was already secured and that it was listed in the MLS. You can see from this video, it is totally vacant with no people and no personal property.
