AgentRefund.com is a startup that has taken over the commission rebate program that Redfin had formerly done. The commission refund program is allowed in most states, see site for details. The generic amount you can get is 1/2% of the purchase or sale price of your home. So for a $500,000 house you’d get $2,500 back after closing.

Redfin had a commission rebate program in some states, and there are other companies doing this like Upnest and others but they are not in all states, while AgentRefund.com is in all states that allow real estate rebates to be paid.
