New home builder confidence rose putting an end to any chance of a housing crash. New home builders are seeing increasing traffic into their subdivisions as well as more homes selling. The new home bubble is virtually wiped out and the housing market crash of 2023 isn’t going to happen. Just like it didn’t crash in 2019, 2020, 2021, or 2022.

This is an update to the real estate housing market and looking at home building in 2023 and beyond.
