A tour of a luxury new construction home in the Summerlin part of Las Vegas. Oana, a Las Vegas real estate agent, tours a luxury home and points out the luxury features of these Summerlin homes. These homes are still available for purchase with a base price around $1.1M.

Summerlin has seen a boom of homes being built in both the Paseos and Vistas over the last ten years. These luxury homes are located in the Paseos and many of them have views of the Las Vegas skyline. One of the builders of luxury homes is Toll Brothers, but this is not a Toll Brothers home.
