Las Vegas home prices have started increasing as it appears the housing market hit a bottom in either December 2022 or January 2023. Since January 20th 2023 list prices have started increasing as inventory is falling rapidly. Even new home builder putting inventory into the market has not been able to stop the lack of homes available for purchase in Las Vegas.
