An update to the Las Vegas real estate market for 2022. Key factors in this market update are the median list and sale price of homes as well as the number of days on the market. Also the Las Vegas market action index which shows a strong sellers market.

The housing market is very strong in Las Vegas right now with less than 1% of the total number of homes in the market for sale. A normal market has almost 3-4% of all homes for sale.
