An update to the Las Vegas real estate market for July 2022. This update to the housing market includes the rising inventory and still low median days on the market. We also cover the entire Las Vegas MLS numbers and break them down by price range.

The Las Vegas real estate market has been strong the last few years, and is showing signs of going back to a normal market. There are about 9,000 total properties in the entire MLS which includes all of Clark County, Nye County, and much of Southern Nevada.
