Las Vegas Condo Update February 2023: Are Condo Prices Rising in Las Vegas

Condos in Las Vegas have risen year over year and starting to trend higher again. A lock of inventory in the Las Vegas housing market has stifled home price declines causing both home prices and condos to rise. The forecast for 2023 is that condo prices will rise in the spring and possibly decline again in the fall.

This update to the Las Vegas real estate market is part of a series of videos where Las Vegas real estate agents Todd and Oana Miller talk about what could happen to condo prices. Many condos in Las Vegas are used as investment properties, but also many first time home buyers are buying condos in Vegas as well.
