Is house hacking even possible in 2023 in this real estate market? A throwback to a 2012 video I did where I showed a potential house hack which involved buying a multiplex property and then renting out the units and living in one for free. The other tenants paid enough in rent to pay the mortgage and had money left over for profit.
House hacking was supposedly coined in 2013 buy Bigger Pockets, but as you can see in this video I had already used the term in the video as well as explaining how house hacking works.
