How to track a Tesla Model 3 | Track Mode V2
Tracking a Tesla Model 3 requires a download of the Tesla mobile app as well as access to the account that the vehicle is registered to. You must either have your own account with the car attached to it, or have access to the person’s Tesla account to be able to track the car.
We used the tracking mode all the time in our Tesla Model 3 and its a great way for us to coordinate getting home at the same time, or just knowing where the other person is in case we need something picked up.
