In a hot market its more difficult for a buyer to get their offer accepted, so we have come up with 5 tips that will show you how to get your offer accepted when buying a house. It is very common now to be in a multiple offer scenario with all the buyers making offers over the list price on a home.

Some of the tips to getting your offer accepted include making sure the seller will net more money, offering a rent back, waiving inspections, waiving appraisal, or paying cash for the house.
