There are a number of strategies for how to manage home showings, but the best ones tend to include allowing as much access as possible while your home is listed. Some people prefer to have their homes shown by appointment only, while others have a set time for showings each day. The other option could be an open house. Its even possible to allow no showings until after an offer is accepted and then they only get to see the home during the home inspection.
