Home Sales Surge 14.5%: Home Buyers FLOODING Back Into Real Estate

Home sales climbed in February for the 1st time in 12 months as real estate buyers returned to the market. Home prices are also down .2% for the first time in over 10 years as home prices have moderated. This is the largest increase in home sales since the housing boom started in 2020.

The forecast for 2023 is that home sales will continue to see higher sales increase through the spring. The volume of home sales will likely drop off in the fall but it is estimated that the sales volume in the fall will increase based on a year over year comparison.
