Home Prices ROSE 2022-2023 Nationally: 2024 Home Price Forecast and Trends

Home prices are up nationally over 3% in the US from 2022 to 2023 while a few market have fallen, including Las Vegas which is down just over 3%. Home prices are currently increasing in 49 of the 50 largest markets in the US while mortgage rates are still higher than they were in 2022.

The forecast for home prices in 2024 and beyond is that home prices will likely continue to rise since there is a shortage of homes available and buyer demand remains strong.
