Housing Crash hustlers and haters will be disappointed to find that the housing crash they hvae been dreaming about for the last 4 years isn’t going to happen any time soon. The housing bubble never materialized in 2023 and every major economist is predicted the housing market to rebound by 2024 and 2025. The housing market predictions for the next few years are that we are through the worst of the high mortgage rates and homes prices will likely be up in 2024 and beyond.
While still a sellers market, we never actually got into a buyers market in the housing market. There are a limited number of homes for sale in the US and despite record home price gains from 2020-2023 it doesn’t look like a housing bubble is going to pop and crash the housing market.
