Good Time to Buy a House? Over Half of all People Say NO in Gallup Poll

Do you think its a good time to buy a house? A recent Gallup poll says that over half of all Americans think it is not a good time to buy a house. This is the first time in over 38 years that people believe that its better to wait it out than buy a house now. Consumer confidence for homebuying is the lowest its ever been.

While most people say its not a good time to buy real estate, they still believe homes price will go up and that real estate is a better investment than the stock market and gold. Home prices are forecast to rise in 48 states even as more people believe its a bad time to buy a house.
