An update to the Las Vegas real estate market and housing outlook for February 2023. In this episode we will talk about the potential home price appreciation for Las Vegas and how the inventory in the housing market is falling which could lead to higher home prices. Home prices in Las Vegas are still up year over year in most of the market.

Las Vegas is one of the fastest growing cities in the US as people are moving to Las Vegas from states like California in record numbers. Robust demand despite higher home mortgage rates is fueling home price growth as new home builders are building less houses.
