City Center has been one of the few high rise projects to continue toward completion because of falling real estate values in the Las Vegas area.
Crystals at City Center is a between Aria and Cosmopolitan and open to the public. There are flower gardens and other art exhibits. Its is mostly high end stores, but still worth walking through if you are visiting Las Vegas.
