A buyer who purchased a Toll Brothers home was given title to 87 total houses because of a copy and paste error by a real estate title company. The mistake was quickly reversed by the title company. It is common in real estate for mistakes to be made, but this is a big one.

Toll Brothers is a luxury home builder, and apparently the legal description for the entire subdivision was recorded into the buyers name after closing on a new home in Sparks Nevada, which is a suburb of Reno. Getting a free place to live is nice, but getting 86 free houses is even sweeter.

Even if it didn’t last very long.
