Spring 2023 Housing Forecast: Buyer Activity SKYROCKETS in February
Some interesting facts are that the number of price declines has slid back to historical levels and also housing inventory seems to keep dropping despite higher interest rates. Also the number of people who are looking to buy has caused multiple offers and homes selling in a short period of time is 5 times what it was in January 2023.
The forecast for the Spring is that prices will likely not change substantially, but housing activity will return to a more normal level, up from decade lows of buying.
