New home building in Las Vegas has been increasing over the last few years as more people have been moving to town. The largest areas of new home construction are in North Las Vegas, and the South and Northwest parts of Las Vegas since that where most of the vacant buildable land are. There is also a great deal of new home construction in Henderson.
