Why Are Home Prices Still Rising? When Will the Housing Market Crash?

Home prices are still rising as the housing market sees rising inventory and higher interest rates. The housing market doesn’t show signs of crashing, although there will price fluctuations in certain markets as the housing market returns to a more normal market.

In this video we cover the national home price report and the record setting prices for real estate nationally in June 2022. While some have said the housing market would crash in 2022 or 2023 both the national association of Realtors and most economists still forecast slight gains for real estate in 2023.
