Las Vegas has had an influx of luxury new home builders as buyer from California have sold and are moving to other cities. While sales have slowed in the luxury market recently, this is common in July and August as people are vacationing and avoiding Las Vegas until it cools down. It is expected that luxury home buyers will return in September and October.
