If you are getting ready to buy a house there are some things you should do before you apply for a loan. The pre-approval process is an important one before buying a house and waiting until the last minute can cause problems when you are buying a house, car, etc. There usually isn’t enough time after going under contract to fix problems associated with the loan so its easier to address those things up front.
