Home Price Prediction: 2022 and 2023 Housing Market Forecast
The US housing market has been fueled by a shortage of homes and a massive number of buyers entering the real estate market. Also home equity is the highest its ever been. Predictions range from 18% to 10% increases for 2022 and 3-5% increases for 2023 which is a normal real estate market historically.
There have been predictions of a real estate bubble which could crash the home price market, but none of those come from reputable sources. The rising interest rates will likely slow the housing boom to more normal levels in 2023.
