Todd gives an update to the Las Vegas rental market for May 2013. This includes the number of houses that have been rented in Las Vegas as well as the number of houses that are available to be rented. The rental absorption rate is also covered in the video.
Todd and Jesse Keenan talk about the foreclosure timeline and what can be done if someone is getting close to having a Notice of Trustee Sale filed to stop it.
Todd explains that there isn’t a housing bubble in Las Vegas.
Todd gives an update to the Las Vegas real estate market for May 2013. the big news is the 2% appreciation in just one month, which is mostly short term because of an inventory shortage in the real estate market in Las Vegas.
Todd and Oana discuss the implications and the terrible idea that the City of North Las Vegas has about using eminent domain to remove legitimate mortgages that are on properties, and replace them with their own mortgages. The group that is proposing this, Mortgage Resolution Partners, has failed to get this in place in other counties.

So as you’re probably aware, if you have a medical problem, you go to a medical doctor and you typically go to somebody called a specialist. It’s somebody that that’s all they do. They’re really good at it.
