any tips on selling my home
A few questions. What does a Home inspector look for, I have a 1983 home, as far as I know it is in good condition. It is paid for but I have very little income for upgrades. What do I have to fix. Also should I sell in 2013 because of low inventory or wait until 2014
I own a condo that is vacant. It is located next door to my residence. My tenant moved out in May. A foreclosure sale is scheduled for Oct. 1. I owe Chase Bank about $7,000 because I had to quit making mortgage payments in March. I have an offer to buy the property and am trying to get Chase to delay the foreclosure. They’re dragging their feet. What are my chances for getting money to turn over the keys? I could move some furniture in there.
