Todd: Hello! Welcome to Todd Miller TV. I’m joined here today with Amanda Brown who is on a team she has her short sale operation here in Nevada Realty Solution. And so I’m gonna ask her a little bit about short sales and why she’s so good at it. So Amanda, most agents I ran into when I mention short sales, so they talk about short sales, they usually have bad things to say. They tell me how they don’t like doing ‘em, they can’t get them done and or they refuse to do them or they’ll tell clients not to do them ’cause it’s a hard process but you apparently have had a different experience.

So Oana, let me ask you this, you’re a buyer, and there are 2 houses side by side and let’s just say they’re both worth $200,000. They’re identical houses, they’re exactly that same, the lot’s the same, the house’s the same, the condition’s the same, they’re both vacant.

Todd: Hello and welcome to Todd Miller TV. I am joined today by Oana, the exceptional Listing agent who list like a ridiculous number of properties every year. And, Oana this is a common topic. It happens in all markets, not just in our market. A buyer goes out with an agent, write some offers on properties, maybe doesn’t get them accepted, and then they decide “I’m just gonna do the research myself, look online, if I see a property I like go right to the Listing Agent ’cause that way I’ll get the property.” What are your thoughts on that?
