Hello welcome to Todd Miller TV. We did a Trustee Sale flip recently and I wanted to go over the numbers. Purchase price $37,000. The investor ended up putting about $4,500 into the property which was less than expected. This will rent for between $750 and $850. ROI going to be about 15% including property management.
